Культурна спадщина України в контексті російсько-української війни

Анотація

Проаналізовано виклики щодо культурної спадщини у перший рік великомасштабного вторгнення російськоукраїнської війни, з лютого 2022 по лютий 2023 року. Розглянуто стратегічні і тактичні завдання, що постали у ракурсі збереження і відновлення культурної спадщини країни. Підкреслено, що українська культурна спадщина є важливим елементом національної безпеки. Зауважено, що міжнародні організації та світова преса приділяють велику увагу культурній спадщині в Україні під час війни. Теоретико-методологічною основою статті є дослідження фокусу на культурній спадщині у російсько-українській війні у діяльності міжнародних організацій, їхніх документах, допомоги українським захисникам культурної спадщини, а також опрацьовування публікацій у західних медіа щодо цього питання, що ними обмінювалися члени «Європа Ностра» у спеціально створеній для цього групі у соціальній мережі. Вивчення вказаного кейс-стаді та досвіду через призму фахової міжнародної організації уможливлює висновки для оформлення методичних та методологічних засад для подальшого вивчення культурної спадщини у війні не тільки в Україні, але й для широкого узагальнення. На базі вказаного аналізу можливе надання рекомендацій для національних та міжнародних організацій.
